Warranty and return policy digitanimal

While the legal warranty is usually six months, at digitanimal we have decided to offer our customers an extended warranty of two years from the date of purchase.

You also have a period of 14 days to test the product with 100% functionality. If the product does not meet your expectations, as soon as we receive the device, we will refund your money.

If you notice any non-conformity in the device, please inform us as soon as possible via info@digitanimal.co.uk. This initial communication will allow us to assess whether the device is still within the warranty period.

Conditions

For devices still under warranty that have stopped working correctly, digitanimal will repair the device at no cost to the user. However, please note the following conditions that may void the warranty:

• Using the device after reporting its failure within the warranty period.
• The failure is due to not following the correct instructions for storage, installation, startup, use, or maintenance.
• Modifying or repairing the device without prior written consent from digitanimal.
• The failure is caused by intentional damage, negligence, or abnormal operating conditions.
• The failure results from accidental impacts or breakage.
• The device has been modified to meet a specific need that does not match the product description.

For devices that are out of warranty, a provisional repair estimate will be provided with a validity of 15 days. If no confirmation is received within this period, it will be considered a rejection of the estimate, and the device will not be repaired or returned.

Repairs will have a maximum warranty of six months for replaced parts or components. This warranty period starts from the moment the user receives the repaired device.

The original purchase warranty will be void if the device has been improperly handled by the customer.
