Renewal and digitanimal subscription

Renewals are carried out after 12 months from the date of purchase of the device.

The digitanimal subscription services include connectivity, battery replacement, platform maintenance and customer support. On the other hand, we also apply discounts according to the units purchased.

The fee is charged in full at the beginning of the year when the renewal is completed. Non-renewal of any of the services will result in the definitive cancellation of the user’s account. To reactivate the services, the outstanding fees plus a surcharge per device will have to be paid.
