Device prices and renewals

The unit price depends on the number of units to be purchased. To obtain a unit, please consult our shop. For more units, contact us and we will make you a personalised offer.

With the purchase of the device we give you free access to the platform and all associated services for 1 year. If you have any further questions, please contact our team.

Renewals

Renewals are carried out after 12 months from the date on which the device was purchased.

Services include connectivity, battery replacement, platform maintenance and customer support. On the other hand, we also apply discounts according to the units purchased.

The fee is charged in full at the beginning of the year when the renewal is completed. Non-renewal of any of the services will result in the definitive cancellation of the user’s account. To reactivate the services, the outstanding fees plus a surcharge per device will have to be paid.
