Offline Mode
The offline mode of the app allows you to check the location of your animals even without an internet connection, thanks to the data stored on your phone when you were connected to the network.
You will be able to consult different options within the app. If you know youโll be using the app in an area with little or no mobile coverage, we recommend accessing it beforehand to update the data.
Accessing Offline Mode
To access it, you only need to have:
- Logged in to the app.
- Data stored on your phone.
When you lose connection, a message will appear informing you that youโve entered Offline Mode.
If you enter this mode, a query screen will appear.
Youโll be able to view the map, markers, and properties or enclosures.
If you want to learn how the map works in offline mode, visit the “Offline Map” section.
The icon 
indicates that you have no internet connection.
If the connection is restored for more than 60 seconds, the icon will appear 
If the connection is intermittent, the Digitanimal app icon will appear 
You can update the map and remain in Offline Mode or return to Online Mode.
If you close the message, youโll return to Online Mode.
Update the map and stay in Offline Mode or return to Online Mode.
If you close the message, you’ll return to Online Mode. We recommend staying in Offline Mode.
If there is no connection, you will remain in Offline Mode.
Exit Offline Mode
You can exit Offline Mode when the connection is restored.
If you close the app and reopen it while connected to the internet, the app will load in Online Mode.
