Hide and Show Collar

If you’re not using the collar or it’s being repaired, you can hide it so it doesn’t appear on the Map or in the list of collars.

The process is very simple. In the collar’s details page, you’ll see the “Hide” button.

When you tap the “Hide” button, a message will appear with information about the operation you’re about to perform.

Once you accept, you’ll see that the collar no longer appears in the list.

If you’ve hidden your collar and want to see it again on the Map, in the “Collars” tab, you’ll find two sections.

In the second section, “Collars with Issues” you’ll see an “Hidden” section. Your collar is now there.

Access it, find the one you want to show again, and tap “Show.”
