Battery Replacement
Battery life will depend on several factors, including the type of connection used by the GPS collar.
When the battery is running low, you will receive a new one so you can replace it yourself. We recommend changing the battery in a clean area with enough space.
The process is very simple:
EVO Device
Remove the 4 screws from the cover using a flat-head screwdriver.
Carefully remove the cover, disconnect the red connector, and take out the battery.
Connect the new battery and place it, slightly rotating it to ensure the cables do not stick out.
Clean any dirt from the seal before putting the cover back on and securing the 4 screws. Avoid overtightening.
Previous Models
Remove the 4 screws using a 3mm Allen key.
Take off the cover and disconnect the battery cable. Remove the battery and the silica gel packet.
Place the new battery in the same position as the previous one, along with a new silica gel packet.
Clean the seal thoroughly to remove any dirt. Ensure the cables are properly positioned and close the cover carefully without overtightening.
