What should I do if I am not receiving information from the GPS device?

If you are not receiving information from the GPS device, first check that the device is located outdoors, correctly positioned on the animal and in an area with stable coverage.

If you have just purchased the device, be aware that it can take up to a week for the device to learn the animal’s behaviour and function normally.

As for the battery, remember that GSM devices have a battery life of 6 months, while Sigfox devices can last more than 1 year. If you have moved to a new area, it is possible that the new location may not have stable coverage.
